We’re starting to see seismic upheavals and change: economic, political, cultural, social, media, environmental, and more… The old ways don’t seem to work anymore – but what now? Many of us are angry, disillusioned, or disorientated – so how do we find our bearings? And how else could we live and think?
We have huge opportunities to re-think and re-order the world, locally and globally… if we have the courage to seize the day. Where did we go wrong? What’s happening now? How do I need to change? And what steps can we take towards a better future?
The Leeds Summat Gathering (est. 2009) is for anyone who dreams of a different future, anyone itching for change. It’s a unique event for people from all walks of life – to share learning, enjoy themselves, debate the big issues, eat together, get inspired… and start creating a new world together.
