Wake up sessions 9am

For those keen to start the day fresh and grounded, join one of our reflective, meditative activities between 9-9.50am. These sessions will include:

- Dru Yoga (based on ‘flowing movements, directed breathing, and visualisation’) with Lucy Bannister

- tai chi with local practitioner David Perry…

- a session called ‘Danger Zone for Activists: Journey In, Journey Out’, giving busy people an opportunity to discuss, explore and reflect on: what it means to develop healthy, balanced inner and outer lives; how helping others can become an addiction; and more.

Please arrive by 8.55am, to enable these sessions to start promptly. They are designed to be accessible for all: no experience required! Please wear loose comfortable clothes if you wish to participate in the yoga or tai chi. And we’ll save you some breakfast, before the Big Questions session starts at 10am!
